ITINERARY

• You will have a detailed tour of Hagia Sophia which used to be the biggest church in the world in its time. It is famous for its unique architecture and nowdays it is one of the most visited sites in Turkey.
• Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmet Mosque) is one of the highlights of the area; it is famous for its tiles
• It is the most important Ottoman palace beautifully located in the Old City in Istanbul. It has various sections that you can see during the tour.
• During the tour guide will also show you the biggest ancient cistern of Istanbul
• The Hippodrome of Constantinople will be another stop during this tour
• You will walk with your guide in Grand Bazaar (with or without stops for shopping, as you prefer) before we take you back to the cruise port
• You will have a guided tour of famous ancient city of Ephesus and chance to see the highlights of the city: Celsus Library, Grand Theatre, Odeon, Hadrian Temple...
• This is one of the nicest parts of the ancient Ephesus, the area where rich Ephesians used to live
• You will see the ruins of the temple that used to be one of the seven wonders of the ancient world
• This place used to be an important church; nowdays you can see the ruins and the tomb of Apostle John there
• In the Ephesus Archaeological Museum you will see some of the most important artifacts from Ephesus
• It is believed that Mother of Jesus spent some thime in this location; today it is an active catholic church
