• Bursa was the first major and second overall capital of the Ottoman State, Famous with the parks and gardens located across its urban fabric, as well as to the vast and richly varied forests of the surrounding region From your hotel/hostel by an A/C private car, accompanied by your private tour guide, you’ll be heading to one of the most famous towns in Turkey, you will believe by yourself why they called it the most attractive small town, as your first station is The Green Mosque ~ ** This mosque is often seen as a landmark of early Ottoman architecture and it’s known as the Mosque of Mehmed I, also, recently named UNESCO World Heritage Site, you’ll be amazed by the arts, colors, and decorations of the vestibule at the entrance leading up a short staircase to a central prayer hall. ** In the prayer hall itself, dark green hexagonal and triangular tiles (including some nineteenth and thirteenth-century replacements) cover the lower portions of the walls.
