- Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
- Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.
