- Tour Timing & Departures: Tours depart strictly on time. Late arrivals: We will try to accommodate your full tour, but if there is another booking right after, your tour time will be reduced.
- Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling is only allowed if - The request is made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Weather conditions prevent operation (as decided by management). Other operational issues prevent the tour (as decided by management)
