ITINERARY
- Lisbon falls in Graskop 94metres high, the highest waterfall in the area and it was named for the Capital City of Portugal, very fascinating view from the top, clean water tributary of the Blyde River Canyon.
- The God's Window former known as the Paradise view is the highest viewing point in the area approximately 1 829 m above the sea level, from the rain forest there is a spectacular viewing point of the Lowveld's surrounding areas, Kruger National Park and the Indian ocean in Mozambique on a clear sky weather. The different types of Biomes that occurs significantly makes God's Window very special and unique.
- A unique geological formation occurs at the confluence of the Blyde and the Treur Rivers known as the Bourke's Luck Potholes, Swirling water-borne sand and stone have ground out cylindrical holes up to six meters deep in the bedrock of the river, the rock types found in the area make the this destination to be unique.
- The Blyde River Canyon is well known as the third biggest Canyon in the World and ofcourse the greenest, a spectacular view from the Escarpment gives you an impression of a beautiful natural wonders of the Southern Africa. On the eastern part see the Three Rondavels known as the Chief and his wives " the flat topped-peak to the right is named Mapjaneng. We unpack the history behind the Indigenous people lived in the area thousands of years ago. Breathtaking scenery viewing points not to be missed.
- Exceptional waterfall, 65 metres high, named after the German miners who ventured to South Africa from Europe during Gold rush, Berlin falls forms part of the Blyde river Canyon on the Panorama route.
