From the beating of the blades to the tops of the mountains, we explore different natural areas, from the arid savannah to the primary forest of Maïdo before having a striking view of the preserved cirque of Mafate. In good weather, you will see the highest peaks of the island.
Then we will go and discover the most beautiful beach in the west, Boucan Canot, with its white sand and natural swimming pool.
Finally, after Cap Lahoussaye, we will discover the history of the first men who landed on the island and the different stages of the settlement of Reunion Island.

ITINERARY
- on the way to one of the most breathtaking panoramas of the island. From the Maïdo belvedere, accessible by car, you will have a 360° view of the Mafate cirque, the Piton des Neiges, the Grand Bénare, LA Roche Ecrite and further down the Saint Paul coastline. We will be at an altitude of over 2000m so take jackets, glasses and sunscreen.
- After the ups and downs of the island and the most beautiful beach in Reunion, Boucan Canot. You can have a drink overlooking the ocean or stroll along the boardwalk and you might, with a bit of luck, spot some whales.
- Walking tour of the historic site of the settlement cave and the marine cemetery of St Paul, rich in history and fascinating anecdotes about the first inhabitants of the island and the pirates of the Indian Ocean.
