- A stop at Muttrah, the main port area, leads to explore an ancient and colorful Souq, named as Mutrah Souq which is known for its handicrafts like silverware, daggers, traditional cloth, in addition to the famous Omani sweets (Halwa), spices and braziers (receptacles in which incense or frankincense is burned)
