The provider will book the spot for you in advance. Payment can be made in Cappadocia. Optimum weather conditions are needed for a hot air balloon flight. All flights can be canceled at any time by the Civil Aviation Authority. In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, you will receive a full refund
- Please note that we do not have an assistant service for airport transfers. The driver will drop you off at the entrance gate of İstanbul airport. Please go to the check-in desk according to the instructions the provider will share in advance. When you arrive at the destination airport, the driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.
